I would like to purchase a Platter Box for my friend and an Event Platter for myself. why do I have to make 2 separate transactions for these?We create Event Platters suitable for hand delivery of collection in one of our locations and our Platter boxes for posting are created in our shop. This is to ensure our supplies are accurate and reflected on what we have included via our online ordering and have them dispatched without delay. You will see the Shopping bag at the top of our website is for shop items and when ordering platters via our menu you will see a separate icon for your orders. As shown below: If you would like to collect both on the same day or have them both delivered to your house at the same time, please let us know in the notes section when placing your order.

What delivery options do you have available?For Platter boxes or shop products: We can delivery to your door within the Tyrone area within a minimum charge £5. We aim to deliver between 2-4 days and will keep you informed of the status of your order. You can also select from the following options: Standard postage: 3-5 days (which is calculated by your postcode) or alternatively you can collect from one of our locations: Omagh or Strabane. We will notify you as soon as your order is ready for collection and discuss a suitable time to collect. For Event Platters We can delivery to your door within the Tyrone area within a minimum charge £5. At the time of order your platter you are asked to confirm the date of your event so that we can schedule your delivery. If you would prefer to collect your Event Platter from one of our locations please indicate so by selecting the option during payment. Please feel free to contact us if your date has changed or a particular time of the day does not suit.

Do you offer eGift Cards?Yes we do. You can find the link to purchase an eGift Card HERE . The purchase of your eGift Card will be a separate transaction from any products or platters that you have put into your basket.
